THE MODEL
Does every app have the same pricing model?

No. Every app states its own deal plainly, up front. We charge once for things that cost us once. If a product has real monthly costs, such as servers or delivery, its pricing can reflect that.

When would an app use a subscription?

Only when the product has real recurring costs. We will explain those costs and the deal before anyone pays. We will never charge recurring money for something that does not cost us recurring money.

Could an app change its deal later?

No. No app will ever change its deal on you after you have made it. Existing purchases keep the terms they were sold with.

Will you add ads later?

No. Ads are incompatible with our principles. We fund products through plainly stated product-level pricing, never by selling attention or app data. Our rule is simple: no ads, no dark patterns, and no subscriptions without a reason. Read our manifesto for the full standard.

What platforms do you support?

Currently our apps target iOS and Android phones and tablets. There is no consumer web app unless a product explicitly states otherwise.

PRIVACY
Do you collect any of my data?

By default, data you create in our apps stays on your device. If you explicitly choose to export, send, share, or publish something, the app may transmit what is needed to carry out that action. We do not use ads, advertising identifiers, cross-app tracking, crash reporting, or behavioral analytics.

For mobile purchases, our apps use RevenueCat to process an anonymous customer identifier, purchase history, an Apple receipt or Google Play purchase token, and basic transaction and device technical data. This validates and restores purchases, prevents fraud, and provides aggregate purchase analytics. RevenueCat does not receive the content or activity data you create in our apps, names, email addresses, payment-card details, or advertising identifiers.

You can request deletion of RevenueCat customer data through support. Full details are in our privacy policy.

Do I need an account?

No. Our current apps require no sign-up, email, or login. If you make a purchase, Apple or Google ties it to your store account, and RevenueCat manages an anonymous entitlement record.

Where is my data stored?

Data you create in our apps stays on your device unless you explicitly choose to export, send, share, or publish it. If a feature uses a server to carry out that choice, the app’s privacy disclosures will explain what is sent, why, and how long it is kept. Limited purchase data is handled by Apple or Google and RevenueCat so purchases can be validated and restored.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

If an app stores its data locally and you uninstall it, that local data goes with it. If that product offers export tools and you want to keep or move the data, export it first. Uninstalling does not necessarily retract something you already chose to send, share, or publish; each app explains its retention and deletion controls. Purchase entitlements remain with the relevant app store and purchase provider so they can be restored.

How do I report a bug?

Email us. Tell us what happened, what you expected, and what device and OS version you’re on. A real person reads every message.

Do you take feature requests?

Yes, via email. We can’t promise we’ll build everything, but we read everything. If a lot of people ask for the same thing and it fits the philosophy, it gets considered.
