THE MANIFESTO
EIGHT POINTS.
NO SOFTENING.
01
Apps should do the thing — not sell you coaching, community, or a personality.
02
Your data is yours. Not our product. Not our leverage. It stays on your device unless you explicitly choose to send, share, or publish it.
03
No ads. No dark patterns. No subscriptions without a reason. We charge once for things that cost us once. If something costs us monthly — servers, delivery, upkeep — we charge for it honestly and say why.
04
Every app states its own deal, plainly, up front. No app will ever change its deal on you after you have made it.
05
No dark patterns. No “are you sure?” when you cancel. No confetti when you pay. No guilt when you don’t.
06
Notifications ask permission and deliver facts. No motivational spam. Just the time.
07
Good software is craft. We ship when it’s ready. We do not manufacture features to manufacture a reason to charge you.
08
Accessibility is not a feature. It’s the floor. Every app we build supports the full range of assistive technologies, by default, without exception. Our commitment →
The point is restraint. A product should not need manipulation, surveillance, or fake urgency to survive. If it does, we’d rather skip it.
